Game Crashes frequently with no error message

I just returned and patched my DN, unfortunately, when the game starts, after around 5-10 mins it crashes without giving any message why it does like "disconnected from the server" or any message error, it just closes out of nowhere

Happens to me as well randomly, but not as frequent as tours

I can't even finish a dungeon so I'm basically inactive for now

What's the error shown at your event viewer when your game exits without an error? Usually they drop something in there.

uhm event viewer? sorry no idea about it

Getting to event viewer may differ for each Windows version.
Control-Panel -> Computer Management -> Event Viewer

Or Start... and type it directly on -> "Event Viewer"

Share what you found. If it's a dragonnest.exe error, feel free to share it here... maybe we all have a common problem. If it's an ESENT error, then it's a disk cache windows problem where the demands of the game is too much for the cache thresholds to function.

who can solve my prob? i installed DN in my PC and i play it softly in city but after a 2-3 minute it crash without any error message or disconnect message..
my PC specs:
windows 10 Pro 64-bit
AMD A10-4600M APU with Radeon(tm) HD 7660G 2.3GHz
4GB RAM

i also try to monitor my DISK/MEMOMY/CPU in task management but there is no problem in my PC. please help me. thanks!
