      ticket will be closed if you don't respond within 10 days. so I had to constantly followup. I also had a friend who has missing items after the transfer to EYE. Case still doesn't have any closure or explanation.

      Guess my hands are tied. From my point of view, it's as it is - stuck with ED.

    I hope this can be looked into. Thanks. I just got a response from CC team that the ED team hasn't responded or don't have any course of actions yet.
