Can not entre Saint heaven defence

i even asked blue bird how do i get in
they said any gate will work
but for me none of these portal works like the screen shot

+i also checked my remote quest i cannot find any quest relate to saint heaven defence
+I tried with all 17 max character on my account none of them works

You can buy CMOS battery for your motherboard so you will not manually set the time everytime you power on your PC
