Game wont't start or won't work

help me please i was playing dragon nest sea a minute ago and i log out to take a break when i come back the game won't start or won't work i thought maybe server maintenance so i stop so look at site but there no maintenance i try to uninstall and install bot the game won't start what happend?? please help me i download all the patch again nothing happend. I just come back to the game

You're not ip blocked, it's a bug and it happened to me too. It lasted like a month and a half for me until it was suddenly fixed and I could play from my ip again. Hopefully it doesn't take that long to be fixed for you
