Herald Scholars bugged for me?

Same goes on the Lotus Marsh Scholar, the one on SH doesn't even have an option

Your lvl is too low, you need lv95 to access heraldry scholar in SH for the community shop. why are trying to access scholars anyway, you don't need them in crafting and removing heraldry . just right click on uncrafted heraldry, you can craft it yourself.
