Full Screen Windowed Mode - Laptop

I am using an HP-Omen laptop and uses mutiple display. Im using a monitor as my extented main display through hdmi connection.

My problem is that when I use Full Screen Windowed Mode, the game is only displayed on the laptop screen and not on the monitor I am using.
Inside the game, it only says 1 monitor in the system settings.

Im currently in an extended display setting so I can chat on discord and steam in my laptop screen while playing on the Monitor.

I want to experience playing the game in full screen while maintaining the ease of changing programs smoothly.

Help will be greatly appreciated.

Have you heard of Windowed Borderless Gaming?
Been using it for DN and other games that doesn't support windowed borderless for years now, easy to use, just configure once and forget.
Try it out.
