Bulletin Board Mission Chest Missing

So em, I was doing bulletin board mission and valley of eclipse seem to not spawn chest for me, is it just me or anybody else has this problem?

That's odd! It never happened to me.

Are you sure that you receive the reward in the board first before going to the dungeon?

hmm... I am not so sure, my mind was kinda on autopilot from doing many missions. But I got another mission so I'll test it again.

Valley of eclipse seem to be bugged, I've done it 2X w/ 2 different characters and I can't find the chests, both of them. I just delete them whenever I got valley of eclipse mission after that.
