Ip address not allowed (1004) in Philippines

Hi, I'm from the Philippines and I am a newbie if I can access the game but no. I made my account in the official site then downloaded the software also but after long hours of downloading and installing I tried to log in with my credentials but to no vail, it says the error "IP address not allowed (1004)". So I am very confused since I thought that we in the Philippines can access this game.

What's the name of your ISP? There are certain IP addresses in the Philippines (PLDT, Smart, Globe) that are, in a way, "not allowed" (I don't know if "not allowed" is the right term but) it causes other players to experience that you're currently experiencing atm.


My best recommendation for you is use a VPN in order to play the game. Good luck
