can't run dnlauncher.exe

i've been download and re-install the game 6 times, but it didn't fix it.

it pop up "failed to verify patch version"
and then pop up "client data error. please re-install the game client"

i've been try to just download the patch launcher only, still didn't work.
try download via torrent still doesn't work, try download manually of client part one by one still didn't work, try download client full version still didn't work.
even i try download the "iDNInstaller.exe" still doesn't work too

Does it only happens on version 389?
If so, try manual patch.

not sure if this causes by antivirus or wut..
but my solution is try install it on other PC, if it work then just copy & paste the game file into urs.
or have a visit to nearby cybercafe, copy it if they already have it
