I was doing the quest to get sealed memory box 3, unfortunately i got stuck on this point.. it keeps on pointing from the previous location of the npc( Chief Wolff Pound) and the NPC in front of my character is also chief Wolff Pound but it doesnt reposnd.. it keeps on bouncing back and doesn't proceed.. i was planing to complete this quest to get the Sparkling title...
