Lag spike when taking quests

My DN has 5-10 second lag spikes when I pick up quests, any solutions?

Current PC Specs: AMD Ryzen 7, NIVIDIA 2060, 32gb ram

Please help I've already tried optimisation and redownloading dn...

Found the problem myself... DN isnt optimised for 30inch screens. If i play in windows mode, there isnt any lag spikes
