Unable to Log in

I created an account, but when I try to log in to the game it says "Prohibited IP address"

same with me, im from Indonesia and im not cheating. my ip got banned and dont know what to do :/

I was just playing when I checked my other account for the log-in event and when I came back to use my main account, Access was denied for this IP. I have been a player of DNSea since 2017 and I never violated any of the TOS. Please correct this issue and thanks.
