Prohibited IP Block 1004

Hi wanted to ask why IP block me i just pvp in this game i usually get disconnected in this game for no reason i cant change my ip address due to isp gave me static ip . Is there really a fix to this or is this forever IP BLOCK . I ONLY LOG IN 1 ACCOUNT on a single computer . Cant even do 1"1 inquiry on your site so what should i do .............................
