Game won't launch (Parallels)

Hello, I just re-downloaded to game on parallels and the game won't start after I click play. The launcher closes, and then nothing happens after. I've tried running as an admin, adjusting the compatibility settings, and replaced the xigncode files, but nothing is working.

Just checked and my direct X has already been updated to the latest version.

your system already install MS C+++ 2005 minimum ?
