Dragon Nest cannot reset this game

How to fix this problem? it keeps appearing randomly on respawn mode 8v8

my new PC is i5 12th gen windows 10 no GPU

please help

Its the one showing in the error box.

I dont know how to solve it so I just borrow gpu and its now gone.
