Account Transfer Issue DN SEA

Okay, this is the 2nd time i'm posting this because i can't still log on my game account with Eyedentity ... are all accounts on cherrycredits moved? cause seriously can't logon my game account but can logon to the main website sea.dragonnest.com.. and if i try to locate my game account info, nothing .... any advice on what to do with this matter?

Did you try using the login information that you use for the main website sea.dragonnest.com to login the game? Cos that is our new user/pw.

yes i did .. and using the eyedentity client .. trying to download the new one just incase the previous isnt connected to the SEA ... cause the version of the game client the one i downloaded with eyedentity before is v 629 don't know why though ... looked at the manual patch and they still at 237 or something .. so gonna try downloading again and hope this solves soon
