Cant even go to login screen because of this error "XIGNCODE Initializing failed!! Error code : E01900265" please help.

I'm also having this issue. Sad part is I can't follow the steps shown above. I don't get any pop up from XIGNCODE about any security alert like on the given screenie.
This is all i'm getting when i try to open DN.
