Unsuccessful transfer of account

July 25, 2017, I successfully transferred my account from CC to Eyedentity, I even logged in my e-mail to the Eyedentity Site, that day and every thing works fine. But today, after the patch yesterday and the launching of the new DN, it seems that my account is having problems logging in, I can't login to the game, and to the Eyedentity Site. It says my login info is incorrect. Please see pictures as proof of what I'm trying to say.
