Screen spike after using skill

Blade Dancer sweat circle and awakening skill. After using these your screen will definitely will spike 1 second . It is annoying because whenever you pressing a skill your screen spike. This issue happen to other player as well. Please FIX IT ASAP ! Thanks.

Actually, it happens on all classes. Screen freezes for like 1sec everytime you use skill. It happens alot since DN reopened. Its very annoying when I use skills which requires mouse follow button (left/right click) like Physician's Injector.
