Can't enter dungeons

Does anyone experience not being able to enter dungeons? I can log into towns but when I try to go to dungeon stages like mercas and rhadames after the loading screen i disconnect. Anyone has a solution to this? Need help because id rather spend my money to go play in shops to pvp and not to farm stuff for pve
