Screen brightness plummets at login

After I log into the game my pc screens brightness drops significently, though I'm unsure if this would be an in game issue or an issue with my pc. Has this happened to any else and is there a way to fix it?

Have you checked your game configuration menu? Are your drivers up to date?

As far as I know everything is up to date, but I'll check around just in case.

So my drivers are up to date, so unless my rig is missing a component i think I'll check the configuration menu.
