Stuck At Loading Screen

I got play 1 days game and suddenly its appear on first stuck at upgrade class mission at level 15 then i proceed the level to level 26 then i got stuck at loading screen at portal town to go mission i restart many times make my computer crash many times...if i log in i can just move around in the town cannot proceed go outside.
