Need Help!

Downloaded Dragon Nest today and I think I have the latest patch version 242.

Issues I have encountered:
1. Game Options cannot be modified.
2. I am getting an error message after logging in saying "you have encountered an error in Dragon Nest, and the game must be closed"

I tried turning off my anti-virus, running compatibility mode and other stuff EXCEPT re-downloading the game.

Please, I spent the whole day fixing it. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Is your DirectX up to date?

hey thanks for the response. yes, my DirectX is up to date. I updated it from DN's system requirement page when I downloaded the game.
