account transfer error

Dear GMs,

There was a problem when I wanted to transfer my Dragon Nest SEA account to Eyedentity Games. When I apply for the transfer, in the end, I kept getting "Data error has occurred while saving information. Please try again" but it didn't work out after many many tries

I have the same problem. I had a cherrycredits dragon nest account and I wanted to transfer it. The email I used for Eyedentity and Cherrycredits are the same.

Hello can someone help me about my account? i already transfered my account but the characters didnt transfer what should i do now? im 3 days waiting but i always receiving a messages that not helping me out i really want to play please do something and also i want to back my character atleast the main only. HELP ME OUT

finally made it work. The problem seems to be because I logged in to the game account created with Eyedentity before I transfered my account. I changed the email of my EyeDentity account and then created a new one using my original email ( that is also tied with my cherrycredits ) and then proceeded with the transfer and it worked.

I'm glad it worked now! Perhaps others should try that.
