always freeze when loading "xigncode"

Anyone already try the the new download client ? im full client download

disable and enable crossfire also same freeze
vcard driver updated

always freeze when loading "xigncode"

cannot finish loading xigncode ..

anyidea ?

Does it shows an error message or just stops? There's a little black loading bar at the bottom of the Xigncode launcher, at what point do you notice it's freezing? (just say low, middle or almost full I know it doesn't show numbers %)

Usually these are caused because a file is missing in the Xigncode folder (post or send me a screenshot of your folder in a PM) or because Xigncode is detecting (or erroneously detecting) a harmful program:

Xigncode errors happen whenever a "suspicious" program is found and Xigncode is not able to initialize.
Even seemingly harmless programs can cause this problem, try closing all non-essential programs and restart the launcher.

If you are a BitDefender user:
Toggle the "Active Virus Control" option off, as it clashes with Xigncode.

If you are an Avast user:
1) Open the Hidden Tray on your desktop
2) Right click the Avast icon
3) Click Open User Interface
4) Click on the cogwheel in the top right corner of the Avast User Interface
5) Switch to General Setting ( If not on it by default)
6) Uncheck "Enable Deepscan"
7) Click OK

Please note that the following programs may also cause trouble with Xigncode:
- Comodo Internet Security
- RivaTuner
- MSI Afterburner
Incase you are using any of these program, please try disabling or uninstalling them before running the game.

That's a tip that goes around other forums, tho I understand you may not want to uninstall your protection. You can try white-listing the Xigncode folder or the whole DN folder.

I use BitDefender myself (the free version) and never had issues.

If you are planning on re-downloading the client, I recommend that you download the:

"One Click Solution"

Based on my experience I noticed that the .zip option even with the latest updated version, it's not consistent in terms of file size with the "One Click Solution" download. It seemed like the "One Click Solution" download has a bigger file size(more complete) compared to the .zip format. Thus, when I tried using the .zip download, it sometimes gives me more "Dragon Nest has encountered a problem" or some weird errors.

[If clicking the "One Click Solution yields no response, use Internet Explorer for this case"]

In my speculation, I think you might encounter that weird freezing issue with "XignCode" if you downloaded either .zip or Torrent.

EXTRA: I've not tested the BitTorrent version but to play safe, I rather you not use it.

One more thing, before you install again, please remove the whole DragonNest folder and it is best to "Run as Administrator" when you play Dragon Nest to have less issues.
