Regarding Temporary Ban

Regarding about my ban account.
Its been 2 month DN and Cherry Credit i file a ticket.
Both replies a same answer :
We already sent to technical account department.
My account was successfully tranfer.
And i was afk in town that time. And got DC.
after that i login back. U said temporary ban.
Could u please fix it. And Tell us why u doing that ban.

Back in CC forums Mantou handled the verification process in the forums but they don't seem to do that service anymore. I don't know what else to tell you but to work with support as they are the ones who handles those cases s:

Some of my friends are ban after transfer. she play about 1 month after server up. then got temporary ban. u should take care ur players

Same here banned after the maintainance last Oct 12.
Same routine as usual just afk in town, nest at some point.
I already filed a ticket and got consistent responses.After asking for documents, they say they need to "Investigate Further". How long is this gonna take? Some acquaintances of mine have also been banned with the "Verification Required" issue and have received a following email that contains why their account was banned.
