Transfer CC account to Eye

Hi, got something to ask. I've transferred 3 of my CC account to eyedentity. But all 3 failed when tried to log in game. weird thing is the id works in the dn website log in, but failed in game login. Does anyone knows how to solve this? Or all of my accounts just RIP
