as we announced earlier through our event calendar on our official webpage (http://sea.dragonnest.com/news/notice/all/31),
we've picked 50 players randomly as the winners of "Artbook Snatcher" event.
Please refer to the following list and see if your IGN is on the list:
If you are on the list, in order to receive the reward, you must provide the following info by submitting 1:1 inquiry (PLEASE SET THE TITLE AS "ARTBOOK RECIPIENT"):
1) Recipient name (Addressee)
2) Phone number
3) Full Address (Specifying City, State Province, Country, Zip Code) – SIN, PH, MA only
4) Game Account (e-mail account and character name)
*Your personal information will be kept strictly confidential. It will be used solely for the purpose of shipping the Artbooks, and nothing else. You must send the above information by the end of Oct 19th in order to receive the Artbook.
Shipping of the Artbooks will commence on Oct 19th.
Important Note:
- This event rewards can be sent to only those three regions: Singapore, Malaysia, and Philippines.
- Every account and home address is entitled to only one copy of the Artbook
- Your personal information is compulsory if you wish to receive the reward.
- Shipping might take up to 14 days (business days)
- EYEDENTITY GAMES is not responsible for any problems occur during shipping.
