Tasha: Two of my accounts haven't received their merlion spirits and would highly appreciate your help. Refer to posts 867 and 873 of this thread for my submissions. I only used 1 forum account to post three entries for my three accounts; I received only 1 reward for my latest submission (3rd entry). I first sent a request/complaint to cherry messenger about this issue on November 1 and haven't received a resolution until now. You may refer to this cherry messenger ticket: 335382.
