Dear Adventurers,
I've seen some users submitted 1:1 inquiries on Power of Spirit event as the event detail wasn't clear with one clause included in NOTE section as "When purchased as a gift, the player who purchases the gift will be the one who receives the bonus rewards."
The event was meant to be based on Top-Up amount not on Spending amount.
However, many websites include "Gifting Cash" function on top-up pages and we were trying to avoid any confusions for those users who are familiar with the function, but didn't work the way we thought it could. As a new publisher, we were trying to do something different then the previous events that you guys were used to, and now we see the issued sentence might be interpreted as the event was spending event.
We're sincerely sorry about the misleading and we promise that for the future events, we will make announcements more clear, so you don't have to face this issue again.
