Pyromancer Endgame Gearing Question

Hi Pyro's,

I normally don't grace the forum much but right now i'm stumped as to what to do... and i can only turn to you experienced Pyromancers to offer some guidance. Right now, i'm to the point where it's time to upgrade again. I've wore the +8 Coma with the 93 gems, with some Desirous Theano Weapons +8 and +11. I'm at 128k in town, 1.**il health, and 30% crit and 1437 FD and 45% fire from gems, costume and the dejected title.

I've decided to go rdnl gear and accessories. The accessories are cut and dry, the problem i have is with the rdnl gear.

I simply don't know which pieces to do first that will give me the most benefit the cheapest as this will be my first time doing L-grades. So i'm hoping someone could drop some knowledge on me about good combinations to go for.. I don't even know the enhancement costs or how much i need to upgrade a piece to see decent hp gain. I wanted to somehow get the 4 piece set bonus and the accessories and ride it out until i can do the weapons.. but i'm not sure if that's feasible with the lack of hp and how much gold it'll cost to upgrade the armor to able to survive in nests.

I need some help/advice, srsly. I'm trying to up my damage past 130k and get higher crit chance and get at least some survivable hp. Any advice or help offered would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Damage
This comes from a variety of places, but it begins with your weapons. Get them to +12.

Critical
You should aim for 57% (210k), which is max for Ice Dragon Nest.

Accessories
I approve of your choice to use RDNL accessories.

Weapons and Armors

• I don't think you should go for RDNL, since it's a significant financial burden. The armors might cost you about 2k in total. There was a thread on the old forums that averaged the cost of +12ing a weapon to be 44k. +10 is about 20k.
• If you still want to go through with this, the best 4-set combination is Robe, Heels, Staff, and Orb. Robe gives the most INT of the armors, but it also is responsible for most of your DEF/MDEF. If you go that route, you will still be squishy. +8 weapons are comparable to +12 Theano weapons.
• If you want four armor pieces instead, I would go for Robe, Garters, Armguards, and Heels. You should join a guild that levels the Sealed Stone tablet quickly and obtain a Sealed Gem (INT) +3 and use Theano Headgear. For enhancements, it's really hard to get high HP. As an example, I have 1.96m with three +6 pieces. I could achieve 2m with +10s.

Actual Recommendation
Use Theano armors. DEF is an important stat as well, and RDNL armors are two caps old, so their DEF values are very low, which means you'll be more of a glass cannon. Your damage will easily surpass 130k if you get RDNL accessories and L-grade gems.

• Theano armors +10
• Sealed Gem +3 on headgear (join an active guild that's leveling the sealed stone tablet), +10 gems on the other things
• Theano weapons +12 (if possible, don't rush it because the growth isn't that high). Hopefully they will allow you to transfer to Nightmare Theano in the next patch.
• RDNL Necklace and rings with L-grade Fire gems
• Technique Zion Earrings (Hot Rod) or Wise Theano Earrings, either is fine
• Shiny Star Fragment Rings for 4% fire
• Three other magic-grade accessories for a 1.5% crit bonus. Unfortunately, a lot of crit comes from free accessories that they've given in events. Hang in there! Also look into getting third-stat crit plates.

I only recommend these things since I geared in epics for 90 cap and the process was much more fun than grinding gold to get Ls. You can clear all the 4-man content in epics. Of course, if you have the drive, then a combination of Ls are definitely better. But they won't last the cap, whereas epic gear will continuously get updates (Evolution).
