Welp there a nerf for Lunar Knight

I don't see the balences that Moonlord got as nerfs.... O.o If anything that's exactly what needed to happen.

Lencea isn't fully updated in NA yet so It can look bit misleading for sure.

sorry S: I thought its pve but those are pvp changes. So its just +50% int/str atm. I think we are up to date on lencea changes in pve tho besides new class mastery.

the lencea changes make 0 sense '-' the cd times are completely inaccurate, for example flag salute has never been 20 sec cd and every other listed skill is 100% wrong both before change and after I'm sure too. only the class mastery can probably be right
