    October Hot Deal Mistake GM Help please

    Hi, I managed to log in today with only 4 hours of sleep, so things are still kind of a blur for me. Anyway, the post that ED revoked the extra halloween decals didn't show up on the client.

    When I logged in to find another accessory in my special storage, I immediately chose decal (because I had already chosen wings before). This was a mistake, I would have not have chosen the decal if I knew my wings were gone. Is it possible for a GM to revoke the decal for me please? I'd like to be able to choose again. Any help would be appreciated

      Same thing here, this afternoon I find I can choose 2 another accessory. I was getting one extra accessory, I thought that was compensation, so I choose the decal which I need and choose one extra wing for my other character. After I wake up, I find out my decal is gone. Is GM take the extra accessory out? But Can GM give me back my decal and get that extra wing back. I really need the decal.

        Is there any chance for us to choose the accessory again? Or are we stuck with the mistake (that wouldn't have happened if things would have been correct in the first place).

            Please check your inventory. Your Wing has been replaced to decal!

            I am in a similar situation as EvilSlayer. I received several notifications for the October Hot Deal Reward and ultimately ended up with having only 1 tail after the dust settled. I would like to request to swap the tail for the wings please.
