Can you sell mounts on mp now?

Are we able to sell mount coupons on the mp now? Would love to get the corgi! XD

Oh! and is it possible to make Neris t1>t2 and then into madea now?

1) No, only specific decals, necklaces, tails, and wings. Iona (Pure), Jasmine (Project), Kalahan (Greedy), Rajuul (Fascinating) sets to name a few. Including the recent Halloween set, Beelzebub.

2) I haven' heard any talk of it in-game so I don't thing so...
