I will vouch for Brad, he's not a bot nor is he a gold seller or anything of the sort. Not sure why you have him blocked/banned but it's unjustified, I can assure you that.

If anyone's out there who can do something about Pinocallada (aka Brad)s ban, please hear us out. Its troubling seeing someone like this get punished over a mere joke. It makes the rest of us feel uneasy about spending more hours of dedication towards the game, building up our characters for a chance at an unexpected ban over whatever might trigger it.
He's a dear friend, please consider our pleads.

Thank you for unbanning Brad. There have been actual bots selling for months that are still there, spamming general with hundreds of solicitation messages a day all over SH, who have not been blocked. Please work on those rather than people with no gold moving history. It's a shame to see this happen so frequently.Comment

If anyone remembers, this also happened to QueenQQ as he/she did the same thing while GM’s where actively online, resulting in a ban too.
If you act like a dumbass, expect to be treated as such.
