Still disconnected when entering portals restart pc/net/router & even reinstall done!

What can u do about this? I was able to play last night but hours after that I can't enter portals anymore. I always get disconnected.I've tried everything I can yet i got nothing! Can u please fix these? If u would ask me to do restarting of internet/pc/router. Sorry but none of them worked! I've even reinstalled it and still the same!

Switch your ISP or use a VPN. These two methods are the only ones working for me so far.
