The one thing that really pissed me off with Nexon is that they refused to acknowledge their mistakes and fix them. Mistakes happen, I understand this. What I don't understand is the fact that Nexon looks the other way and does not make any effort to fix anything. Truly acts of a child.

Take a long look at this event. For those who don't know, the rewards were supposed to go to only those who had done the following nests at Abyss difficulty. In actuality, when the event ended, the rewards went to anyone that did the following nests ON ANY DIFFICULTY. Nexon didn't even bother fixing any this or even bothering to acknowledge the problem. Anyone who put the the effort of doing one of the hardest nests at the time got shit on.
And people wonder why I'm so pessimistic.

Never signed up for the Nexon forums, but I can tell just from skimming how unmoderated/toxic they are. Old nests disappearing was definitely a disappointment. Hoping it'll be better after the transfer.

everything. no communication, awful customer support, bad balance, bad servers, bad staff, bad everything. they literally did nothing right.

Things Nexon should have done better:
Better communication with it's players
Advertising
Making deals with streamers and gaming youtube channels
Getting DN pvp on the e-sports scene
Keeping the DN website up to date. Seriously from the way the web-site looked, the game looked dead since desert dragon.
I also have a feeling that Nexon didn't communicate with ED as much as it should have.Last edited by GhostlyEggs; 09-24-2016, 03:35 PM.

In pretty much every aspect imaginable Nexon failed or underperformed, but it also didn't help when Eyedentity basically checked out for the last 2 caps design-wise with incredibly boring skills, boring content, and poor balancing. However unlike Nexon, Eyedentity has and is making a concerted effort to fix these things. Personally, I'm a bit pessimistic. I feel it's just too late. This game was dated and poorly optimized on release. It got by on it's novelty and charm, but it might be worn out at this point.
