How come it takes so long to have the issue resolved? I know I don't play the game anymore but I would still like my account unbanned for no reason.
I've already contacted GM [LIME] previously and he/she has informed me to submit a ticket. Once I've submitted the ticket, it took 4 days to get a response from Cherry Credits who has stated they will send the ticket to ED for review. It's been almost 2 weeks now.
How busy can the developers be when the player-base is so low? You almost get an immediate response from games like WoW and FF14 when an issue arises especially when the issue is on the developers end.
Anyways, it's not a big deal if I'm still banned but please have this resolved eventually. I don't want my account deleted for being inactive if it's banned for too long.
