Why did ladder points get wiped? And will we will get them back? if not can we at least get a warning next time

Yeah can we get a warning next time, WTF.
All my points are gone that I was saving for the ladder store costume... If we had a warning I could have at least used them on something else.
Im pretty unhappy right now.

Ladder points have always been wiped with the start of the next ladder season since the Feb 2017 Patch.
I'll ask the ED staff to include a note in the next maintenance when ladder points will be wiped.

I never knew when points would reset since I never did ladder and only started for the costumes... I even asked several people if points would be reset and no one knew. Additionally, my points were not reset at the start of last season so I assumed the same would apply this time around. I feel like a majority of the community had no idea when points would be reset and it would only be fair if we were given back the points this one time :c
