Some of my characters cannot enter the summer event (SnackSnack Town)

Some of my characters cannot enter the SnackSnack Town event thing in the Daredevil Faire, even though I got tickets. This seems to happen after August 1st maintenance. I tried in the next day but no dice, so guess it's a glitch. Any idea to solve this or at least help from the developers? Am I the only one who has this problem?

Yeah, actually, I just found that the quest had 7 days limits...damn. And I have so many characters and having a hard times to maintain the events, and I did "buying tickets for few days and do the quest at once in one day" for some characters, so that seems to be beyond the limit. Hopefully I can finish them in the next week... But thank you.
