Special Weapon Shop

Hello,

I've seen the special weapons shop NPC and was wondering how you get the weapon coupons for certain weapons in the shop? They is also an anniversery shop as well. The weapons themselves give off some pretty decent stats.

Anniversary shop is useless since they can't be obtained anymore and the costume weapons in the special shop can only get obtained by using certain coupons found inside Dragon Eggs.
