    All game company are horrible. Some have bad server, lazy workers, bad support, bad balance system, or money grabbing people. I played a game where the workers literately "All of them" took a xmas break with payed leave and had the server mess up that people couldn't even log on the game until their break was over.

    I can understand there is probably a large volume of tickets since the transfer, but it is still inexcusable that he hasn't heard from anyone at all regarding his issue and the tickets are immediately closed. Its especially unfortunate considering he has been a long time player who is consistently active. Please help him get his account issue sorted out!

    This! Everyone has been Jumping the OMG Eyedentity is the best, NEXON SUCKS Wagon so fast to even notice, that atm Eyedentity's customer service is horrendous.
    While it did take nexon a few years to develop their efficient customer service when they got it right it was right. Live Customer support chat and fast ticket responses.

    And its Ironic that we are under the "Developers" now but for communication and Inquiries like this we have to go through middleman Cherry Credits.

    That really suck, I was actually afraid something like that would Happen to me so I kept checking if I mistype my email/password constantly before the transfer
    Not sure what they can do though, the fact that the email already exists might make it hard since it risks messing with someone else's account even though it's unlikely
    Just hope for the best, consider how long it took them to fix the Yahoo/AoL problem I kinda fear for you, however they did get it done in the end so they're not completely incompetent.

    While the closed tickets seem to very much be a techinal issue (w/e program they use seems to not like certain emails), not viewing your tickets for almost a week defintely isn't
