I don't want to be pesimist, but Nexon has already shut down and seems to have erased their records of the game so probably your things are gone.
Games usually give several months after the transfer happens to link accounts... Dragon Nest Europe was open until September, but Nexon seems to have killed everything.

Said this literally on the first day. I'd be surprised if you get a response via forum mostly because they didn't respond to threads where a handful of people were getting locked out of their account, and since this is apparently specific to you, I'm pretty sure you should keep relying on tickets. We don't even have a forum moderator, so I wouldn't be surprised if they cannot respond to the nature of your ticket on forums, because they aren't handling it. ED needs to work on getting a better line of communication going on @CC. Good luck

We STILL don't have direct contact to ED since communications are being handled by CC, we don't have a forum moderator, and there's a SLIGHT chance you might not be able to get your account back due to that one wrong bit in the e-mail you linked your account to. Still, it hasn't been a full month yet since the transfer, so there's still a chance you'll get a response. Just be sure to prepare for the worst in case you don't get a response back by the next update.

Okay this is weird... I'm able to log into game through steam, but don't have a pincode because I never set one up? Idk if they are trying to delete my account, but at least have the decency to respond to my ticket! I've also went ahead and cancel delete all of my characters.

Source it may even be someone trying to delete his characters, it might have been ed's security measures of idk, deleting characters in an inactive or an account that never got verified through their website. But it could also be ED being assholes and deleting his characters.

Why is there even a mention in the FAQ about this exact issue if nobody can lift a finger to address it appropriately? Yeah, he slipped up by making a typo, but he's also done everything a player is supposed to do in this situation, as outlined in their own FAQ.
This is no way to establish trust and confidence with your playerbase. It reflects very poorly on ED/CC to punish players who have broken no rules and followed proper procedure, if that is indeed what's happening here.1 Photo
