Question About Tiered Promotion Event

Okay so for the Tiered Promotion Event, it specifically states, "During the event period, heroes who spent EC/ET more than stipulated tiers below will get the awesome rewards!", and it lists all the Tiers and rewards below. I just want to know whether you actually have to spend more than the stipulated amounts, such as spending more than 50k to get 400 eggs, or could you just spend 50k exactly and still get the 400 eggs?
