How much do they cost per set? From getting 500 dnp daily, I'll be able to gather exactly 9k dnp by the last day of attendance event which is 25th and I would like to know if it's enough. If not, is there any way to get some extra dnp?

Awakening costumes are 28.9k EC and from my understanding are only available from the discount coupon you get upon completing the awakening quest, which lasts for a week. Whether you can get them after that time I don't know. Although if you just want the stats, the marine costume is better by a small margin (1%), depending on how much you rely on base stats (str, agi, int). -
You get a discount coupon once you hit 93 that you can use to BUY the costume at a discounted price. It's not FREE, so you still have to pay the 28,900 for it. There was an issue with people trying to buy the costume with EYE CREDIT so ED is looking into this issue:

You won't obtain enough DNP to buy a costume and DNP resets each month if it's not used.
