Problem with logging in to the game

Hi, I'm a user whos transferred from Nexon America dragon nest, I have been trying to login into the game but it said that i had entered the wrong password and sometime it said "account is locked". I'm really confused like do we suposed to use our nexon acount or we have to do something additional and i was wondering if anybody experience similar stuff like i do. thankyou
