I accidentally deleted my academic that has the event box

GMs, is there any way where I can retrieve that character or that box? I accidentally deleted it without realizing I claimed the box on that character. I deleted it because I didn't like the name so I created a new one and then I realized, the box is with the deleted character. The deleted character's IGN is AbundaGirl. Plz Help

If the deleted character is less than lv 10 , more likely no way to retrieve it. if the character is lv10 or above , you're given 7 days to resurrect it. unless they change the rules.

Oh no did u mean the character becomes soul? Maybe it didnt reach level 10

Did you click your mouse on it, it will ask resurrect or something like that it's been a long time since I deleted a character because of that indestructible R coin. after 7 days even that soul will disappear.

Theres no soul when i deleted it. No possible way i think to return it.
