93 lvl event box question

well i got a question about the lvl 93 box event that gives the black dire wolf mount the red dragon wings and jellys the even ends on the 25 right that does that mean i have to get to 93 or make another between those dates because i notice there no expire date on the lvl 93 box so i was wondering

My guess is that as long as you make a new character and get the box, you can take your time to get to 93
