Are Defensios? (patrona subclass) Any good overall? Are they useful?

However, the devs have plans to change the class and remove the "Tank" aspect from them.

Why does everyone say they gonna not be tanks anymore lol the devs said ONE line in an interview and for all we know could of been mistranslated. They're not gonna remove the tank aspect because that's stupid; they already have a tree designed with defensive skills EX

i think all classes can be useful but some just do their job better than others and ppl only want whats more efficient ;;

if they were to have kept defensio a tank tho, i would have liked to see more of the martyr(man-to-man now i think?) thing going on where dmg is transferred to you but add something that requires you to play skillfully to prevent the damage from actually hurting you. tho that would have conflicted with the steam bubble thing machinyas already have @-@
