Chronicle Character Level 93 Rewards?

So on Dragon Nests website, there's an article on the rewards you get when you hit level 93 on a chronicle character, and one of the rewards is class change, i've been wondering if its only 2nd and 3rd job change or is it 1st job too. For example if i was a Tempest (Archer) i would be able to switch to a Sniper (Archer)

Yes that is correct. It will give you the option of all specializations under the Archer. example . Warden Sniper Windwalker Tempest
